And, a follow-up PSA test in April confirmed it was prostate cancer. The 64-year-old admitted he was “shocked” and “angry,” saying the word alone left him “emotionally a wreck.” The reality TV star also mentioned that his grandfather had prostate cancer. However, Dwight shared that he didn’t think he was at risk due to the history coming from his mother’s side.
“When you hear the word cancer, you freak out. I’m human. Society has told us that cancer was just devastating and, you know, you just have days to live. So, of course, I freaked out and I think I’m still freaked out.”
