Lily James Stuns in Loewe While Promoting ‘Relay’

Lily James was recently spotted in New York as she promoted her new film, Relay.

While it’s common to see actresses remain loyal to one or two fashion houses, Lily has only occasionally followed this pattern. We notably saw her embrace this approach during the press tour for Pam & Tommy, where she frequently wore Versace.

This time she’s mixing it up — opting for a look from the Loewe Pre-Fall 2025 collection. The outfit featured the collection’s signature draped grey trousers — notably without the divisive leather patch — styled with a soft floral pink shirt and the Loewe Flamenco clutch.

I was enjoying the relaxed elegance of this look until I hit the shoes. The green Loewe Onda slingbacks felt like a curveball against the grey and pink combo. A bold move? Yes. A harmonious one? Not so much, at least for me.

Gentle Monster sunglasses added a sleek, modern finish, but I can’t help wondering if a more complementary shoe would’ve tied this look together better.
